At NUAH, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:
• Personal care products that have been used
• Opened beauty devices
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nuahbeauty.com and include photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our side.
